    The apartments were just brilliant! Spacious, clean & tidy! The staff couldn't have been more helpful, made us all feel really welcome & were very good to us! We ended up being able to fit in to 2 apartments and didn;t need the 3rd studio room & they said they'd give us a refund if they sold it! They did sell it & we got our money back! Superb value, service & hospitality!

    It was confortable and convenient

    There were a few things that would have made it better, wineglasses, seal on shower door and a working bedside lamp.

    If its not important to liv in central thisis great. We lived there just for one night sorry to say.We have a flat with 3 bedrooms,a small kitchen and a big dining room. Great apartment

    Fabulous

    Our mews apartment had a separate lounge which was ideal for relaxing in comfort. Able to catch up with washing. Cooking facilities good, had we wished to prepare full meals.

    The apartment appeared to be in need of some TLC as there was water damage on the ceiling and the timber around several of the windows had flaking paintwork. We reported that one of the windows was cracked.

    Very comfortable room with kitchen and bathroom. Nice and relaxed. Robbie met us on our first night and was incredibly friendly - he'd even called to check we were OK because we were late arriving. Great price too.

    Shower could do with a bit more power - very weak water flow.

    space - location

    Double bed small. Only a roof light in bedroom with thin blind, so light streaming in. Radiator in kitchen needed bleeding.Worst of all and actually unacceptable nowadays, the apartment smelt strongly of cigarettes especially the bedroom! Had we not arrived late in the evening and rather tired, we would have insisted on moving

    Good location for my purpose. Proximity to Great Western Road means easy and frequent connections to all parts of Glasgow.

    Lovely accommodation in a quiet location of Glasgow but not too far from the city centre. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with all amenities. Easy walking distance to the botanic gardens.

    Generally stay here and like location,also very nice staff. Perhaps some tv sets should be changed (wide screen) Other than that always very satisfied.

    Location and proximity to the West End

    Furnishings and fittings dated and worn. The mezzanine bedspace is cramped in comparison to the size of the sitting area, and has no airflow, so stuffy. Windows that can open in the main area open at ground level, so not safe.

    I stayed in the Byers Road flat which was a really great location. For that reason Id probably stay there again. Parking was available just round the corner. The flat was well equipped and so convenient for shops, underground station, restaurants.It is minimal and modern which may not suit everyone.

    I stayed in mid September and it was really cold in the evening. The central heating wasn't on. I would ask about that the next time I stay.
